Speeding-related crashes aren’t as frequent in Montgomery County as in other counties in New York. In 2022, there were 1,601 recorded crashes. 1,348 of these resulted in property damage, 248 in personal injuries, and five in fatalities.

I’m so glad I found this law firm. Got a speeding ticket from a speed trap area in upstate NY where the limit goes from 50 down to 35. I decided to try and fight it and it was definitely worth it. If I could give this law firm 10 stars, I would. I was driving through upstate New York and I was looking up directions on my phone. I know, not the smartest idea. A state trooper was riding along and quickly pulled up bedside me. I was doing the speed limit but he pulled me over. I had a passenger in the back seat and she had her seatbelt on, but the strap was underneath her arm. Needless to say, the state trooper gave me two tickets, 1 for being on the phone, and 1 for improperly restrained passenger. Those two tickets were going to be $800 and 8 points on my license. Everyone makes mistakes and I should have been more careful. I called up Rosenblum law and this law firm corrected my situation. I didn’t have to appear in court, and the law firm was able to reduce BOTH tickets to 0 points and reduce the tickets a non moving violation. This service given through this law firm was awesome and to the point. I have admittedly racked up a couple of speeding tickets, albeit around 10 miles over for each ticket. Once I provided all of the proper paperwork and information, Rosenblum went to work. I almost felt like I was supposed to do more on my end because of the fact that I wasn't hearing any news on the case. This was only because Rosenblum were doing their job in a timely and efficient fashion rather than sloppy work. I had prepared myself to be paying a fine upward of $300 or more due to the number of speeding violations I have had and was also afraid that i would lose my license. This law firm reduced my violation to 0 points on my record and only a $125 fine. I'm very happy with the outcome and thankful for the help. Very much worth the money in the long run if you put yourself in a situation like I had.

Efficient, Considerate, Communicative & Results!Rather than explain my situation, I can tell you I was faced with 7 points and a bit distraught over an accident I was involved in. I reached out to a few lawyers in the area that told me my issue was "serious," and I needed someone to defend me. While I can appreciate aggressive/assertive lawyers, if you're not available to speak with someone quickly when trying to acquire business, not sure I felt comfortable enough to hire a firm that was not responsive no matter how assertive during follow-up calls. That all changed when I contacted Rosenblum Law Firm and spoke to Lois Varughese, Esq.!Efficient! I had a lawyer answer my call, not someone taking a message to call me back at a later date. It was clear the firm probably recognizes clients are in tough situations when calling and provide the necessary "comfort" when I spoke to them the very first time. They were not condescending or arrogant, but knew the law and that's why I hired them on the spot thanks to Lois!Considerate! They appreciate my time is valuable as well and were considerate when responding via emails, calling on the phone even if they were not assigned to the case initially. As noted above, when a client is in a bind, it's nice that your advocate is sensitive to concerns about the situation despite the lawyer not being emotionally involved.Communicative! Can't expect better from a lawyer. 3 months ago, I got a speeding ticket doing 80 on a 65 in Albany NY with 4 points added to my clean record (I'm a MA resident+ drivers license with a rental car immatriculated in Mass also). Very embarrassed by that I randomly discovered his law firm just by binging out NY (Buffalo area) traffic lawyers to help me out. I sent him an email the same day, the next day replied and we talked about the case, sent him the ticket (both pages scanned)+fees. 3 months later which means yesterday I got an email from his law firm telling me that my speeding ticket was reduce to a 0 point parking ticket with $175 fine which is nothing compared to the initial fine. I received two tickets in Chautauqua County New York. One was for unlawful passing and the other for speeding (11-20 MPH over the limit). I was devastated at the time because I had never gotten a ticket and if convicted of these the fines would easily surpass $1,000 and I would get 7 points on my license. The process was very straightforward. I had a five minute phone consultation with one of the Rosenblum Reps and paid a one time fee of $500. They assured me that if they couldn't negotiate my tickets down to lesser charges I wouldn't be charged anything. They took care of the whole process from there. I literally didn't have to worry about a thing. Today I received an email stating that they were able to get my tickets reduced down to parking tickets which resulted in 0 points on my license and a $250 fine! I would highly recommend Rosenblum Law Firm. The outcome was better than I ever could have expected, and they were very easy and professional to work with.

**** I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ROSEMBLUM LAW FIRM ****I am from Mississauga, Ontario. I got a ticket for 23Miles over speed limit. I was doing 83 in 60 zone on New York State Highway. I contacted Rosenblum law firm and talked to Adam. He was very helpful from day 1 and handled the case in very professional manner. You just have to scan and upload the ticket on his website. So no BS of sending the ticket via mail and all that and they take payment via any major credit card which is very convenient. He was able to reduce my offense to minor parking ticket violation so it doesn't effect my record here in Canada. So I am very happy with the end result. But be prepared to pay around $150 to $200 dollars for the fine on top of the lawyer fees. The only problem I have is with the actual court in Fultonville. They don't take payment on the phone. You have to send them the certified check only and just to make sure that the check gets there I had to spend another $25 with Canada Post for the delivery with the signature service. I tracked the package down and it says they got it but when you call the court nobody ever answers the phone. I have literally tried at least 50 times.

Rosenblum Law did an incredible job resolving my case in the state of NY. I was visiting from out of town and was operating a motor vehicle while talking on the phone. Rosenblum Law represented me in NYC Traffic court in Queens south for driving across hazard markings (3 points). If anyone doesn’t know, traffic court in New York City is run by motor vehicles in which no plea bargaining is allowed. I panicked when I got an out of state ticket while driving across the country to start a new job. I am from MA and got an NY ticket, which would have meant 4 points on my license and a surge in insurance premium. These folks are magicians! Visiting from NH, I had just passed a line of slower moving vehicles on the thruway when a state trooper pulled me over; he said I’d been doing 85 in a 65 mph zone. I was a passenger driving upstate with a friend of mine and despite riding with traffic, we were stopped and ticketed by a State Trooper for speeding. NYC has a speed limit change as you enter city limits to 50 mph. I was traveling south from upstate NY where the speed limit is 65. I entered a speed trap on 95 south at Conner Ave in the Bronx. I saw the cop and took my foot off the gas but it was too late. I got a 6 point ticket. Yes I was going too fast. Rosenblum Law Firm once paid, took control of the situation and postponed the ticket 3x and today I found out it was dismissed. This might have been a fine larger than the attorney fee, plus possibly losing my license and paying big increase to insurance company. I've used the Rosenblum Law Firm to handle 3 speeding tickets 2 in NYC and one upstate and so far they've gotten 1 of them dismissed completely and the upstate ticket reduced to a manageable fine. 100% would reccommend to anyone trying to avoid points and major fines.

I received a speeding ticket in the Bronx about a year and a half ago. It was a pretty bad one that would’ve left me with around 6 points on my license. I decided to reach out to traffictickets.com in order to fight the case. I’m pleased to say that I received the notification from DMV a few days ago that the ticket has been dismissed without points or charges! Incredible customer service. Went above and beyond to give me the information I needed to make the best choice, and guided me with care and professionalism. Would say I'd use them again but hopefully I don't need to fight a ticket ever again :P (knock on wood!)

I drive commercial and was pulled over by a NY State police officer. Needless to say, I received a ticket and a lecture. I called the law firm and I did nothing else. I am an out of state driver and was to appear in upstate NY court. The attorneys handle everything and appeared on my behalf. They had my ticket dismissed. Awesome service from start to finish!!! Was very nervous going into today's case for three tickets which included a speeding of 31mph over. I was facing points and hefty fines...Met my attorney and right away he already informed me that the points were dropped and two of the three tickets were dropped as well...All in all, i was found guilty for a speeding of 10mph over, points were dropped and all i had to pay was $162 fine...Hope to never have to use you guys again, but definitely will if i ever need to :)

I had contacted a few law firms to handle a speeding ticket I received. I eventually chose The Rosenblum Firm and I'm so glad I did. I need my license to work and had to resolve this ticket as soon as possible. They got a speeding ticket going 30+ over the limit knocked down to a traffic ticket with no points and did it in less than two months of me hiring them. The Rosenblum Law Firm is an expert with handling speeding tickets. I was on my way back to Canada and received a ticket for driving 65mph in a 45mph zone. After contacting the firm, the ticket was eventually reduced to a parking ticket! The fine was $125 with no demerit points. I am extremely pleased with the result and is very grateful to the firm for their assistance.
