I never had to retain a lawyer and so this was my first experience having to find a reasonably priced lawyer with expertise as well, i can say that throughout the entire process Rosenblum was right by my side. They handled everything from speaking with police to the interactions with the court, they fought to get my traffic violations reduced/ and even were able to persuade the court to dismiss some of the violations. (Allegedly lol) Got a speeding ticket in NYC. Wasn't sure about fighting it on my own and apparently NYC doesn't do the whole "it's you first offense, lets make this a jaywalking ticket" thing so I bit the bullet and got a lawyer. It ended up being expensive (I think like $600), BUT I will say that after sending my payment and forwarding the ticket to them, I didn't have to DO ANYTHING ELSE. I emailed a couple times to check and then just decided to let fate (and the lawyers) handle it. Woke up to a wondeful email that my ticket had been dismissed.Getting a lawyer for tickets is expensive, which autmotically maybe makes it something people dislike. BUT I can say that once I shed the tear and parted with the money, everything was handled for me and I got the outcome I wanted. HIghly recommend, and thankful for their effectiveness.

This law firm is amazing I remember the first time I hired them I was scared out of my mind, I was doing 100mph in a 65 and was in deep trouble the officer even threatened to arrest me for reckless driving! Thankfully he didn’t, he still did write me 2 tickets that added up to over 10 or so points thanks to rosenblum I was only given 2 points toltal and able to keep my license, they truly do make you feel very comfortable and do care about you I will use them again. I can't say enough good things about this Firm. When I tell you this law firm worked hard for over 2 years on what I thought was an impossible case, they did and kept me in the loop the whole time. Yes I was very inpatient. But they still kept working even though I was a pain. This was an expungement case that was told to me by another Law firm that it could not be done and took over $1k from when and didn't get the job done. Very seamless process. I called for a consultation and they provided me with the assurance I needed by answering all the questions I had. This service given through this law firm was awesome and to the point. I have admittedly racked up a couple of speeding tickets, albeit around 10 miles over for each ticket. Once I provided all of the proper paperwork and information, Rosenblum went to work. I almost felt like I was supposed to do more on my end because of the fact that I wasn't hearing any news on the case. This was only because Rosenblum were doing their job in a timely and efficient fashion rather than sloppy work. I had prepared myself to be paying a fine upward of $300 or more due to the number of speeding violations I have had and was also afraid that i would lose my license. This law firm reduced my violation to 0 points on my record and only a $125 fine. I'm very happy with the outcome and thankful for the help. Very much worth the money in the long run if you put yourself in a situation like I had.

I have to highly recommend this law firm. They helped me reverse a verdict from a speeding infraction to what is equivalent to a parking ticket. The money I paid them was worth it. Efficient, Considerate, Communicative & Results!Rather than explain my situation, I can tell you I was faced with 7 points and a bit distraught over an accident I was involved in. I reached out to a few lawyers in the area that told me my issue was "serious," and I needed someone to defend me. While I can appreciate aggressive/assertive lawyers, if you're not available to speak with someone quickly when trying to acquire business, not sure I felt comfortable enough to hire a firm that was not responsive no matter how assertive during follow-up calls. That all changed when I contacted Rosenblum Law Firm and spoke to Lois Varughese, Esq.!Efficient! I had a lawyer answer my call, not someone taking a message to call me back at a later date. It was clear the firm probably recognizes clients are in tough situations when calling and provide the necessary "comfort" when I spoke to them the very first time. They were not condescending or arrogant, but knew the law and that's why I hired them on the spot thanks to Lois!Considerate! They appreciate my time is valuable as well and were considerate when responding via emails, calling on the phone even if they were not assigned to the case initially. As noted above, when a client is in a bind, it's nice that your advocate is sensitive to concerns about the situation despite the lawyer not being emotionally involved.Communicative! Did not matter if I contacted them via the general email or directly to the lawyer, on many occasions they were responsive almost immediately even on weekends and always reassured that I was not a bother.Results! Can't expect better from a lawyer. 3 months ago, I got a speeding ticket doing 80 on a 65 in Albany NY with 4 points added to my clean record (I'm a MA resident+ drivers license with a rental car immatriculated in Mass also). Very embarrassed by that I randomly discovered his law firm just by binging out NY (Buffalo area) traffic lawyers to help me out. I sent him an email the same day, the next day replied and we talked about the case, sent him the ticket (both pages scanned)+fees. 3 months later which means yesterday I got an email from his law firm telling me that my speeding ticket was reduce to a 0 point parking ticket with $175 fine which is nothing compared to the initial fine. I received two tickets in Chautauqua County New York. One was for unlawful passing and the other for speeding (11-20 MPH over the limit). I was devastated at the time because I had never gotten a ticket and if convicted of these the fines would easily surpass $1,000 and I would get 7 points on my license. Rosenblum Law did an incredible job resolving my case in the state of NY. I was visiting from out of town and was operating a motor vehicle while talking on the phone. Rosenblum Law represented me in NYC Traffic court in Queens south for driving across hazard markings (3 points). If anyone doesn’t know, traffic court in New York City is run by motor vehicles in which no plea bargaining is allowed. These folks are magicians! Visiting from NH, I had just passed a line of slower moving vehicles on the thruway when a state trooper pulled me over; he said I’d been doing 85 in a 65 mph zone. I recommend this law firm filled with excellent and intelligent lawyers with a big heart for their clients. I got a speeding ticket for going over the speed limit and I was worried about my points on my license being affected, which would increase my Car insurance that i'm already paying too much for. I live in Toronto and have Ontario license. I got a speeding ticket in New York State in County of Livingston while coming back from Washington DC. The officer told to me to report to North Dansville Town Court. It was very difficult for me to travel all the way from Toronto to appear in the court in Dansville. I was a passenger driving upstate with a friend of mine and despite riding with traffic, we were stopped and ticketed by a State Trooper for speeding. We were pretty far from home and the ticket required an appearance. Also, the driver was subject to 4 points. NYC has a speed limit change as you enter city limits to 50 mph. I was traveling south from upstate NY where the speed limit is 65. I entered a speed trap on 95 south at Conner Ave in the Bronx. I saw the cop and took my foot off the gas but it was too late. I got a 6 point ticket. Yes I was going too fast. Rosenblum Law Firm once paid, took control of the situation and postponed the ticket 3x and today I found out it was dismissed. This might have been a fine larger than the attorney fee, plus possibly losing my license and paying big increase to insurance company. I highly suggest that if you get into one of these similar circumstances, contact them.

Awesome service from start to finish!!! Was very nervous going into today's case for three tickets which included a speeding of 31mph over.
